The kitchen and the rooms were completely rethought to agree with the cooking of the head chef and the Ardèche environment.

The Domaine de Saint Clair restaurant welcomes you in three distinguished dinning area:

  • The main dining room: It aims to be authentic with its stones walls of the former farm of the Castle of Gourdan.The high counter top  and its leather stools allow you to have dinner facing the kitchen. You can watch the chef and his team confectionate your meal.
  •  The conservatory: located south exposure wich as a roof who can fully open on the Ardeche sky, It has an exceptional luminosity.  this room has an authentic and natural atmosphere rocked by the lapping of a water wall.
  • The second conservatory room facing the golf course : designed in a new conservatery, opening on a terrace facing directly to the mounts of Ardèche, this room will welcome you for breakfast, party lunch or dinner.

The meals are made with local products who the chef add his personal touch to pleased our guests . come and enjoy them in a modern and bright dining room , facing the Ardeche landscape. On sunny days, the terrace welcome you for sunny lunch.

The breakfast

wake up nicely with our breakfast buffet.we offer a large selection of breads, brioche, croissant, fresh fruits and local products. the breakfast is served from 7.00 a.m until 10.00 a.m in our conservatory facing the golf course.

The bar was completly reorganized to welcome you in a cosy and warm atmosphere all day long.

The room has comfortable armchairs Club where you can taste a glass of champagne , around the fireplace.

The terrace is furnished with vast lounges to linger at sunset with a view of the golf and the clear water of the swimming pool.

Not to miss: Friday evenings when the bar makes lounge to welcome you in family or between friends in a musical atmosphere.
